Our Capability
The company’s current combination of stamping presses allows it to target the market for medium-to-large cold stampings, including deep draw and skin panels. It also lends itself to handle lower volumes and therefore shorter production runs. This short-run characteristic also makes it ideal for the manufacture of parts for the aftermarket.
We make use of various strategic tooling suppliers who specialize in the development, design and building of stamping tools and dies. They supplement our ability to offer solutions that we currently do not have in-house.
Laser Cut Operation
The manufacturing facility in Port Elizabeth consists of our Laser Cutting operation, with a newly commissioned Trumpf TruLaser capable of doing both 2D and 3D laser cutting.
Our in house design office offers design and programming support to the operation.
